- Transfer of Image: Offset, Digital, or Flexo methods are used to print accurately.
- Paper Feeding: Paper is fed precisely for smooth and continuous printing.
- Printing Output: Colors are layered to produce crisp text and vibrant images.
Post-Press (Finishing Stage)
- Drying: Fresh sheets are dried or UV-cured to set the ink.
- Cutting & Trimming: Sheets are cut to exact final size.
- Binding / Folding: Pages are folded, bound, or stitched neatly.
- Special Finishes: Lamination, varnish, embossing, and foil stamping are added.
Packaging & Delivery (Final Stage)
- Quality Inspection: Every piece undergoes strict quality checks.
